They work if you use them right
They do not stay cold at all and they do not pass the stainless steel test. They have a slight magnetic charge. That means they are not 100% stainless on the out side.I had to come back and admit that they do work. If you put them in a glass they will lose their coldness. If you put them in a tumbler like artic or yeti or Stanley they will stay cold for hours. I have been using them to Keep my iced coffee cold. I still don’t like that they are not 100% stainless on the outside.

I really wanted to love these 12 reusable stainless steel ice cubes. The concept is brilliant. No constantly making ice, no melting cubes diluting your drink, and the ability to sanitize them and reuse them over and over again sounded like an absolute dream.And initially, they worked beautifully.I put several in my Stanley with soda, and they cooled the drink down almost immediately. There was no dilution whatsoever, and I actually loved the experience of drinking a cold soda with these instead of traditional ice.Unfortunately, that’s where my love affair ended.I left the cubes in my bottle overnight and took a sip the next day, and the soda tasted horrible. It had a strange, rancid, almost chemically altered taste that I’ve never experienced with this particular soda before. I drink the same soda every day, and sometimes I’ll sip from the same bottle over several days, so I know exactly what it normally tastes like.I immediately checked the stainless steel cubes to see whether they were leaking or damaged in some way. They didn’t appear to be leaking at all. I washed them thoroughly again, thinking perhaps something had simply gotten onto the surface, but the experience made me extremely hesitant to use them again.I can’t say exactly what caused the flavor change, and I don’t want to speculate about a chemical reaction without knowing for certain. I can only tell you what happened in my experience: the soda tasted absolutely awful after sitting overnight with these cubes.The concept is fantastic, and they definitely cooled my drink without dilution. But if I can’t trust them to leave the flavor of my beverage unchanged, that’s a deal breaker for me.Unfortunately, the dream ended here. These are a no for me.

Very interesting?
I found that these weird little cubes work best when I mix regular ice with them and freeze the cup over night. Also I do like a bit of dilution in my drinks 🥤
