Do firearms ship to my home?

No. Firearms must ship to a licensed FFL dealer unless otherwise permitted by law.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated firearm fulfillment is generally 7–15 business days after payment and FFL verification.

Can I cancel a firearm order?

Yes. All firearm orders are subject to cancellation fees.

Firearm orders that are cancelled within 3 calendar days of purchase and approved for cancellation are subject to a processing fee of 5% of the purchase price or $25, whichever is greater.

Once an order has been submitted to our distributor or supplier for order processing, the transaction becomes a special-order purchase and is subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping, payment processing, or distributor fees.

Orders canceled after shipment, refused transfers, or failed background checks, will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total purchase price.

What happens if I fail my background check?

The firearm will be returned according to distributor policies. Items being returned will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total purchase price.

Do you verify age for tobacco purchases?

Yes. Age verification is required for cigar purchases.

Do you ship to all states?

No. Some firearms products cannot legally ship to certain states or local jurisdictions.

Exclusion List: At this time, we do not ship firearms and select accessories to NY, CA, NJ, MA, MD, IL, WA, HI, AK & DC.

We ship tobacco products only within the State of Georgia.

Who pays transfer fees?

The customer is responsible for any transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL dealer.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR FIREARM SHIPPED TO YUGS OUTPOST WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST. YUGS Outpost does not provide transfers without an appointment. Firearms shipped to YUGS Outpost without notifying us will be sent back to the destination it shipped from.

The transfer fee is $40.00 if you do receive an appointment.
