Firearms, FFL Transfers, Tobacco, and Online Sales Policies

Welcome to YUGS Outpost (“YUGSOutpost.com”, “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility Requirements
By purchasing from this website, you confirm that:
- You are at least 21 years of age for handgun purchases and tobacco products where required by law.
- You are legally permitted under federal, state, and local laws to purchase firearms, ammunition, tobacco, cigars, or accessories.
- You are not prohibited from firearm ownership under federal or state law.
- You understand that all firearm purchases require shipment to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder for transfer unless otherwise permitted by law.
- You agree to provide valid government-issued identification and any legally required documentation.
2. Firearm Orders & Special Orders
- All firearm purchases are considered special orders unless explicitly listed as in-stock.
- Orders are submitted to distributors or manufacturers only after:
- Full payment has been received
- Receiving FFL dealer information has been submitted
- FFL license verification has been completed
Processing & Shipping Estimates:
- Order processing: 2–5 business days
- Shipping transit: 5–10 business days
- Estimated total fulfillment: 7–15 business days
**Firearm Payment Processing **
All firearm purchases are processed exclusively through Guntab’s secure payment system. Orders paid through Guntab are subject to Guntab’s payment processing and buyer protection timelines.
Important:
- Shipping estimates are not guaranteed.
- Delays may occur due to distributor inventory, backorders, legal compliance reviews, or shipping carrier disruptions.
- Once a firearm order has been placed cancellation fees apply.
3. FFL Transfer Policy
- Firearms must be shipped only to a valid FFL dealer.
- Customers are responsible for:
- Selecting a local transfer dealer
- Confirming transfer fees with their dealer
- Ensuring dealer acceptance before purchase
- Failure to complete background checks or transfer requirements may result in:
- Return shipping fees
- Restocking fees
- Non-refundable processing charges
Denied Transfers:
If a customer fails a background check or cannot legally take possession:
- Refunds may be reduced by distributor restocking fees
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return processing fees may apply
4. Tobacco, Cigars, and Related Products
- Tobacco sales are restricted to adults 21+ where required by law.
- Age verification is required before shipment.
- Certain states or municipalities may prohibit shipment of tobacco products.
- We reserve the right to cancel tobacco orders restricted by destination laws.
- At this time cigar/tobacco orders are only shipped within the State of Georgia
Shipping Estimates:
- In-stock tobacco products generally ship within 3–7 business days.
Returns:
- Tobacco products are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations unless defective or damaged.
5. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required prior to order processing.
- We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
- Chargebacks on legally fulfilled orders may result in:
- Permanent account bans
- Collection actions
- Legal remedies
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Firearms:
- All firearm sales are final once transfer of the fire occurs with an FFL dealer.
- Returns are accepted before transfer only for:
- Manufacturer defects
- Incorrect shipments
- Shipping damage
Tobacco:
- Final sale except for verified defects or damage.
Accessories:
- May be eligible for return within 14 days if unused and unopened.
- Accessories sold within a bundle or gear pack are subject to the firearm, cigar, or the otherwise regulated item it was purchased with.
Restocking Fees:
- Up to 20% may apply on eligible returns.
7. Compliance with Laws
Customers are solely responsible for knowing and complying with:
- Federal law
- Georgia law
- State/local laws in delivery destination
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates applicable laws.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship prohibited items to jurisdictions where restricted by law.
Examples may include:
- Magazine capacity restrictions
- Assault weapon restrictions
- Tobacco bans
- Local excise limitations
- Areas outside the State of Georgia exclusively for tobacco/cigars sales.
9. Limitation of Liability
YUGS Outpost and YUGSOutpost.com are not responsible for:
- Transfer dealer fees
- Background check denials
- Delays caused by manufacturers/distributors
- Shipping carrier delays
- Legal misuse of products purchased
10. Privacy & Data Security
Customer data is handled according to applicable privacy laws and used solely for:
- Legal compliance
- Order fulfillment
- Age verification
- Fraud prevention
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable federal laws.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
